Weather on Nathan Road

The subtropical climate of Hong Kong means it is hot and humid in summer and cool and dry in winter.

In Spring, from Feb to Apr, it is still cool from winter.  Rain starts but normally not heavy.

In summer, the temperature ranges from 30 – 33 C every day and during the hottest month August, it may reach 34C!  Rainy season also falls in summer so it’s hot and wet.  Certainly not the best time to visit Hong Kong.

Autumn is very short in HK, Oct is still hot, maximum 30C.  By Nov, it starts to be more comfortable with temperature ranging 25-28C and dry.

By Dec, winter arrives and temperature drops to around 18-20C on average and below 15C occasionally.

FOOD AND DINING

If you are eating around Nathan Road then you have one of the largest ranges of ethic choices of food in any part of Hong Kong.   Because of the large population from Inda and Pakistan in the district, together with a growing African contingent, the Nathan Road area in Tsim Sha Tsui has plenty of curry houses and african restaurants.
